Dr. Rakesh Khurana (Chairman)
Dr. Rakesh Khurana : Founder of KNIPL, Dr. Rakesh Khurana has had over 3 decades of experience in leading academic and training institutes in India, Europe, Far East, USA, Africa and South Asia and it spans to teaching and setting up of leading management institutions and new curricula in different parts of the world. Was chairman of committees which launched admission tests for Management and other disciplines (CAT/MAT) in 70’s-80’s which have become the leading tests in this part of the world. As the first Director of the school of management IGNOU, was responsible for developing the content for management courses in mid 80’s leading to MBA which became the single largest management program in the world. Set up All India Management Association’s (AIMA), Centre for Management Services (CME) and was responsible for launching the experiment of education and training thru satellite (TDCC of ISRO, SINET etc.) in 90’s. His academic preparation includes degrees in engineering, management, economics studied in institutions like Punjab Engineering College, IIM (A), Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern, Illinois, USA. Has been on board of many companies - Banks, Mutual Funds, FMCG and has authored / co authored many books. He takes personal interest in development of content and systems to support large numbers of trainees along with his network of experienced professionals He is a Trustee of KNI Trust, President of Knowlege Network Society & is the Chairperson for the T.S Grewal Memorial Foundation.
Ms. Ashita Khurana (Executive Director) Ms. Ashita Khurana is an MBA (Marketing), has gained experience in different continents, was actively involved in production for Audio/Video courseware for an Educational Channel. She is involved in understanding client requirements and liasoning between different functions. She focuses on Strategic relationships, Global Clients, Marketing.
She would be responsible to Deliver support and development projects as per the signed up SLA’s and productivity commitments. Understanding project requirements, Project planning, Deliver projects (including staffing, ramping up, resolving technical conflicts, planning, risk management, change management and expectation management) as per committed timelines and budget, Ensuring compliance to KNI’s quality systems and processes Responsible for customer satisfaction and managing customer expectations.
She has over 7 years exposure in Elearning, content development and web technologies.
